Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions are the only conditions under which we are willing to sell goods/clothing to any customer. You have to read and explicitly agree to these terms and conditions prior to any purchase on our website. The conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

ORDER & DELIVERY

We will only accept and process orders that have been paid in full.
There may be certain orders we are unable to accept and have to cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We will despatch your order within 21 days of the date of acceptance of your order, unless we have notified you of a different timeframe. However time of delivery shall not be an essential point of the contract between you and us. Orders that have been accepted by us will be dispatched by registered or recorded post to the address you have given us. If a parcel can not be delivered and is returned to us because of inaccurate or wrong shipping information, or because the customer has failed to provide all necessary information required for delivery. We will ship the parcel again at the customers expense, payable upfront.

PRICE & PAYMENT

The price for the goods will be the price displayed on the website on the day of the order. This price is not inclusive transport and delivery costs, these will be added to the total at the time you checkout from the website. All prices are payable in advance and are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made by using Paypal.
Orders will only be dispatched after we receipt of full payment.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You will be given an exchange for your item only if you send it back within one week of receipt.
The item will have to be in the same condition as when you received it.
This means: UNWASHED, NO DEODORANT MARKS, NO PET HAIR , NO CIGARETTE OR INCENCE SMELL, NO PERFUME.
Once we have received the undamaged and unworn goods, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.
The costs for sending the replacement and sending the Item back to us is at the customers expense, unless we sent you the wrong item for which we would take full responsibility for postage & packaging.
